Shipping policy
Order processing: Products are either in stock and ready to ship almost immediately, or they are manufactured or customized based on the order. Once your order is processed and prepared, we will ensure that it is shipped to you as soon as possible. If you are interested in personal pickup, the further procedure is governed by subsequent agreement.
For standard shipping of handmade products, we use either Zasilkovna to the area of the specified address, or the Czechh post office. If you prefer one or the other option or a specific Zasilkovna or box, please indicate this in the order notes and include a phone number, without which the Mail Order Service cannot be processed. We will be happy to accommodate you if possible. In the case of print on demand services, i.e. T-shirts, bags, etc., unfortunately, it is not possible to influence the shipping in any way. The ordered goods will probably arrive at the address by post.
Normal delivery time: Items in stock are usually shipped the next business day and should arrive within approximately three days. Custom-made or made-to-order items will naturally take longer and the seller reserves the right to extend the delivery period to 30 days for more complex orders. However, we will realistically try to deliver as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times may also vary depending on factors beyond our control.
Shipping costs: The shipping fee is reflected at checkout. In the case of personal collection by agreement or orders with delivery exceeding 1000 CZK, delivery is free.
Shipping address: It is important to ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. The buyer is also responsible for collecting the delivered goods. If they do not do so and the goods are returned, they can be sent again at the buyer's expense.
